Frank McGillicuddy
CO-FOUNDER
Frank
has
25 years of wholesale repo and funding
trading where many situations involved international
tax arbitrage. Since leaving his banking
career, he has worked in High-Net-Worth
tax planning, taking less travelled paths
in Private Placement Life Insurance, structured
partnerships and philanthropy. Frank loves being
outdoors in all weather and finds
joy in simple pleasures such as
dog walking or canoeing on flat
water.

She began her career leading messaging strategies
for bipartisan political campaigns, helping candidates
translate complex policies into compelling narratives
for broader audiences. Today, she brings that
expertise to the investment world, helping
founders bridge the communication gap between
innovation and funding. Her work focuses on
aligning early-stage companies with mission-driven
capital sources to scale their impact. Outside
of work, Daniella enjoys hiking coastal
trails and discovering California’s emerging food
scenes.
